Carbon fiber Prepreg
A modified epoxy prepreg system on 5.9 oz. 2X2 twill Carbon fiber fabric. Cure temperature: 250F for 1 hour or 180f for 4 hours. One year shelf life at 0F or 20 days at 75F. Only sold in 10 yard rolls. Width 50".
Film Adhesive
Made with similar resin to above prepreg. Cure temperature: 250F for 1 hour or 180F for 4 hours. One year shelf life at 0F or 20 days at 75F. Width 50" Weight 0.06 lbs/sq. foot. Only sold in 10 yard rolls.
NACA Ducts
Custom built NACA Ducts with flanges for easy installation. Open back allows good adaptability for multiple configurations. Fabricated from fiberglass with gel-coat finish, or vacuum bagged carbon fiber with epoxy resin. Can also be special ordered from other materials.
